Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nexora Solutions LLC *

### 1) Nature of Services

Nexora Solutions LLC provides digital services (e.g., consulting, marketing, development). These are intangible, custom, and non-returnable once delivered or once work has commenced.

### 2) Cooling-Off (Pre-Work Only)

Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase only if no work has started and no deliverables or access have been provided.

### 3) No Refund After Commencement or Delivery

Once any of the following occurs, all sales are final and non-refundable:

– Work has begun (including research, onboarding, or strategy)
– Any deliverable (draft/final) has been shared
– Access to digital assets, files, or accounts has been granted

### 4) Milestones & Partial Refunds

For project-based services:

– Fees may be split into milestones
– If the client cancels mid-project, a partial refund may be issued only for unstarted milestones
– Completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable

### 5) Performance Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue, rankings, leads). Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund.

### 6) Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

– Provide accurate requirements and materials
– Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 3–5 business days)

Delays or lack of response may pause the project and do not create refund eligibility.

### 7) Delivery & Acceptance

– Delivery timelines are estimates unless fixed in writing
– Upon delivery, clients have 48 hours to request reasonable revisions (if included)
– If no issues are raised within this window, the deliverable is deemed accepted

### 8) Duplicate Charges / Non-Delivery

We will issue a full refund if:

– A duplicate payment was made in error
– We fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe and cannot remedy it

### 9) Chargebacks & Disputes
Before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact us at billing.nexorasolutions@gmail.com to seek resolution.
We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks by submitting evidence (agreement, communications, delivery logs).
### 10) Subscription Services (if applicable)

– Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date
– No prorated refunds for partially used billing periods
– Cancellation stops future billing only

### 11) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

### 12) Policy Acceptance

By purchasing, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
